I have posted a map in the community maps forum. I have made improvements to that map. I simply wish to make the "download to halo 3" function download the updated map instead of the old one. Is there a way to do this?

I suppose I could just post the map as new and create a link from the old one in the "Body" of the post. I don't want to lose the comments and ratings which still apply. What would you suggest I do?

Then there are the people who poop in the mash potatoes. Those people get launched out on their asses.

Either that or just post a link to the new map in the old thread

This isnt official or anything,

But if you seriously contribute to the thread, such as adding more screenshots or a video. Then its not really bumping.

Technically, it is, since he could easily add the screenshots and/or video to the original post.

Edit: As for your question, Bruno, all I can tell you is to remove the map from your fileshare and upload the updated version. Then, create a new thread. Be sure that you have information that shows that it is an updated version, instead of just another way around the no bumping rule.

Agh i misread what he meant

But in reply, i know it is techincal bumping, but it shouldnt be considered bumping because how often is someone going to go back and actually look for that map to see if it has more content?
