dont get a regular xbox one they break real easy.
if your i the uk tjey cost £20 which, in my eyes, is loads.
all you need to do is look at em and the little clip breaks.
the halo2 ones look pretty good. they are quite expensive tho.

seeing as how you said "new" headset, i take it oyu still ahve the part that plugs into the controller. buy a hands-free headset for a cellphone and use that. theyre way cheap.

i can stop modders all i need is a combat shotgun and a -blam!-load of airline tickets

Make sure its not the game shotgun because then you might be point blank and not hit anything

Get tha Halo 2 Plantronics headset. I work in a call centre so I where a headset all day. It is exactly the same as the Halo 2 one, only grey not green. It is so comfortable I can forget it is even on. Trust it is way better than anything else on the market. If I can wear one all day and then get home and wear the same thing all night it must be good, in fact THE BEST!

I have the Halo 2 headset and its one of the best investments I have made. I broke two of the "normal" XBL headsets, and I've even accidentally stepped on this one a few times and it still works like a charm...

I'd have to agree with this opinion.

I too work in a call center, and while we don't use plantronics gear at work I did get the Halo 2 edition headset for Christmas, and after wearing a headset all day at work I can still come home and plug that thing into my ear with no problems. It's well worth it.

The Halo2 headset is pretty good. But if you don't want to shell out that much cash, get a regular earpiece for a cell phone. Most of them seem to work although there are some that don't.

IMO, the origional Live headset is best. I went and bought a Halo 2 headsett unfotunetally. I hate it.

My bro is getting a new headset, but we're not sure which one would be best to purchase. If you have any suggestions, could you please list the price and anything else worth noting?
