So I must ask, what is it like working at Bungie or any game developing company? I've always come off with the impression that it's a really casual place that produces some pretty cool things. I've seen pictures of what appears to people working on games and testing (playing) the emerging games. Everyone is wearing casual clothes, there is organized chaos everywhere, and multiple game systems sitting around hooked up to large televisions. I don't want to come off as appaled by the sight. It lookes like fun, really. I'm just curious as to what it is like.

Well Enough Alone...

~"The people who play Bungie games tend to sense that there's something behind the games that's attractive to them. Then they become fans of the games. And then they become rabid fans. And then they become employees of Bungie."(Life story) -Marty

Unless you are a security guard, you probably need some kind of training/ education/ experience in some part of videogame production.

I'm takeing computer science right now. It's fun and will help me become a programmer hopefully.

Designing a game is no less tedious work than designing any other facility of our lives. One would assume so anyways.

Work is work, it's how you go about it that truly makes a difference.
