Yeah, you have integrated graphics. Integrated graphics are worse than a pci graphics card - and thats pretty bad.

buy an AGP graphics card. ATi 9600 or above is recommended by most.

I read that at a glance and I could have sworn it said all the players are -blam!-...
Anyway, some people also have active camo effect problems. So it looks like you got the sharp end of the stick..

the performace isnt that bad i play it at 640 by 480 with pacticles off and everything is high and its good performance i think pacticles really slow down the game

Well they truly aren't as bad as they sound. I run mine at 640x480 with everything on and I get smooth performance (except for sometimes in campaign which I don't even play often.)

Yeah,
I have intel integrated extreme 2 and I can run everything on high and have good detail and play. I have an unused PCI slot on the side of my machine and I dont know if their is a video card that goes in their or if the slot is mainly used for a wireless card. Cant find the details on it. Once, only for a few minutes I could see color on all the players. It was awesome, but then halo came down and I got the exception data thing. Normally, all players are grey but everything else is nice.

Heyyo,

Hmm, that's weird, me sis's laptop has intel intergrated, and I still see player colors. Usually only 2 or 3 varieties, but I still see them....

I suggest for you guys to get that HaloPC super skin mod, it can be found at http://www.levels4you.com or something close to that.

Yeah but I do have to admit that integrated graphics are horrible though for campaign. Why though??? They're CONNECTED to the mother board. In fact, they are PART of the mother board!! Why the hell are they so bad???

Therein lies the ultimate paradox. A card that goes through an interface that COULD and SHOULD hinder its abilities is faster than something integrated into the architecture of a motherboard.

Motherboard/integrated graphics makers have a behind the back deal with the video card companies to keep both alive and sucking at the consumers' wallets! It's very hush-hush, so don't tell anyone!

<_<

>_>

Yeah, I don't know. It really doesn't make sense. Almost as bad as that one about Halo...Nvidia has its logo on the box saying the game is made for Nvidia cards, yet ATI's run them faster...

I had Halo PC on integrated at one point. The graphic glitches were so bad I was forced to stop playing the PC version and bought an Xbox (Best thing I ever did). Halo really isn't meant to run on an integrated card. Actually, very few new games will work properly with an integrated chipset. I'd highly recommend buying a new video card. Checkout http://www.newegg.com. They'll get you going.

Oh, btw, make sure you know if your motherboard supports AGP or just PCI.

That's strange cuz my integrated card doesn't have a single glitch except for the fact that it sucks which isn't a glitch. I bought an ATI 9250 card and it was 5 times worse than my integrated card.
