Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Impresive! I've never heard of this application before, but I definitely want to download it (I need to put my new PC to some purpose).

Just a word of caution: Be careful of using the term "Copyright". Yes, you do have some degree of ownership of the file, but, ultimately, Bungie/Microsoft has quite a bit more. There shouldn't be any problem, but I'd highly recommend not looking for any profit or commercial gain for your work. Not that I'm suggesting that you would...

There is nothing more I can add. Very nice work, just be careful on using the term "copyright". You have no rights, play nice.

Your toast has been burned! And NO amount of scraping will remove the black parts!!.

For a while now I've been modeling the air, space and ground vehicles of Halo and re-creating them in a flight simulator called X-Plane. I already have a discussion thread on an X-Plane forum site, but I wanted to open up a thread here because many Halo fans may never see or hear of X-Plane. And seeing that Halo fans are my target audience for this project, it seemed appropriate. Just to be up-front about things; this is purely a 'fan-fic' style project. I do not work for the makers of X-Plane or anyone related to them, and no one is making any money off of this. I just wanted to bring the very cool ships from Halo to the world of X-Plane, where they could be further enjoyed and explored.
I currently have a website that holds links to my X-Plane projects, including all of the Halo re-creations: Bringdownfire.com On that page you will find the Longsword, Pelican, Phantom, Covenant Assault Carrier, and many others. There are many people who collaborated with me on most of these ships. Instead of listing them all here, they are all credited appropriately in the README of the project they helped on.

The latest update in my 'X-Halo' project, is the release of the HORNET from Halo3! Read more about the Hornet in X-Plane here.

Thanks for reading this and checking out my project! It's not over yet, there are many more awesome Halo vehicles to bring to the world of X-Plane.

Thank you, Bungie, for making a game series so universally fun that people desire to explore it, even beyond the boundaries of its own universe.

Just so everyone knows, I'm not claiming any copyrights to any Halo IP. The "Copyright" tag you see on the screenshots of my X-Plane Halocraft is added automatically by the site that hosts X-Plane projects. I have no control over that, it's their thing. It's added to EVERY screenshot of every project uploaded to X-Plane.org. I'm not claiming that I created the Halo ships, all I did was RE-create them in X-Plane.
