Problems connecting. ISP, MTS, etc, all confirmed, but when it checks for xbl, says "cannot connect to XBL. Internetz works fine. Two calls to XBL support got me nowhere. 1st guy says its the HDD. Second lady says to call the router manufacturer. Its would be a new account on a new 360, but it wont connect at all, no update or anything. Any advice? Who should I ask about it?
