Along time ago on the IMDB, i found the Prophet of Regret thing. I have been wondering, what role does it have in Halo 2? I want to know what everyone thinks. Something tells me it will have a major role. Think about this, Prophet of Regret, Prophet of Truth, Guilty Spark. Regret,Truth,Guilty. I wonder if any of them are connected... I want opinions. What do you think the Prophet of Regret does in Halo 2?

Prophet of Regret. Hmm, he must regret something. What will that be, I wonder.

re·gret [ ri grét ]

transitive verb (past re·gret·ted, past participle re·gret·ted, present participle re·gret·ting, 3rd person present singular re·grets)

1. feel sorry for something: to feel sorry and sad about something previously done or said that now appears wrong, mistaken, or hurtful to others
2. used politely when giving bad news: used as a polite expression of sorrow when making an apology or delivering a piece of bad or unwelcome news We regret to inform you that this service is no longer available.
3. mourn for somebody or something: to feel sadness about something, or feel a sense of loss and longing for somebody or something that is no longer there ( formal )

The regret of the loss of Forerunner, maybe. Or the regret for attacking the Humans?

Hmm...

I still don't believe it to be real. It was probably submitted by someone trying to spread rumors.

C'mon, the thing was full of typos, and it listed the Music as being composed by "Marty O'Donnell" AND "Martin O'Donnell." I'm thinking it was false information.

Lol. Marty O'Donnell and Martin O'Donnell. Never thought of that.

I regret hearing that. *snickers*

Seriously though, Shishka, you are probably right. If there were that many mistakes there is a high probability that it was false. But, if there is a Prophet of Regret in Halo 2, I’ll be the first to remind you.

Your wrong, it is real. Why did bungie take it off the IMDB? also marty said someone slipped up and posted it. I cant get the article where he says it, because the HSP news search is down.

And isnt Marty's full first name Martin? I wasnt sure if you were being sarcastic.

Hold on a second while I save your last post for further use, Shishka. ;-)

Uh, why would Bungie allow false information to stay ON the IMDB?

And yes, Marty's name is Martin. He was listed as two different people doing the same job.

It wasnt false. Marty said someone screwed up and posted it. Also why do you think Bungie made them take off the halo 2 content?
