or make another profile just for holding maps. Or do the free 6 slots only show up on gold memberships?

I believe they only show up on Gold Accounts. If you want to share your maps, but don't have the room, post them to the Halo 3 Files forum. They'll always stay there.

wait a minute, thats what i meant by posting it. putting it into the public fourms, then taking it off your file share. So it'll stay?

Yes you would. None of the forums, including the flood, are intended for chat threads. Chat is usually refered to as spam when it comes to forums. I would suggest starting an interesting thread with a clear topic instead and then stick to that throughout it.

I disagree, Batzter. You can chat about many different things. It would depend strictly upon what the topic of your "chat" thread was about.

He was a refering to chat chat and not a discussion on topic. In my opinion a thread called "The chat thread" is nothing but a good excuse for the spammers to spam seeing that theres no subject for other people to discuss.

My main concern with these types of threads isnt that one person is doing but that it might lead to that other people jumps on the same wagon as soon as theres no "real" threads that interests them.
