*sigh* i just finished "the fall of reach"... amazing book for anyone HALO obsessed, and anyone who is reading this probably is. anyway... after a full prequel to "HALO" i thought that Bungieā„¢ could have done so much more with the Chief's super augmented powers. for instance:

-trippy "matrix" slow mo for those 6x reflexs.
-super sprinting... and MAYBE a stamina bar
-a helluva lot more on the hud... such as the obtix fibers, grenade countdowns, and maybe even a few more helpful msg's
-nightvision, instead of just a light (ok ok, the snipe rifle has one... but apparently, the chiel was supposed to have it whenever he wants, AND thermal scanners + IR scanners... hmm, reminds me of pandora tommorow...)
-super kung fu action! no, seriously, the chief should have his amazing hand-to-hand abilities like he was trained to have

*sigh* now that ive ranted for 15 minutes, and wasted a good deal of quality time... id like to know...

how many would you HALO players out there like to see a few of these "upgrades" implamented... maybeeven in HALO 2?

I think the grenade thing would be real cool, more hand to hand could be nice, and um, I don't really know, I just wish Bungie had like a full extra year to work on it, as in if they got started a year earlier on the XBOX stuff. But I'm sure that since they had all the time they needed for Halo 2 it'll be much more how THEY wanted it to be, and not just how they had to do it due to time constraints...
