Ok, I posted the same thread a while back, but no-one replied. Every time I pop my disk in to play Halo, Tsavo Highway won't load. It's the only map that does this. It gets to 10 - 20% and resets, never to load. I still need to beat the game on legendary and I want the EOD body, so this is a bit of a problem. Can any one help me solve this problem? It would be greatly appreciated.

If there is a crack, you can send the disk into Microsoft and get it replaced. If it isn't, then try cleaning it with disk cleaner.

I've used glasses cleaner over and over again with a glasses cloth. It works well.

I use tooth paste. I only use it as a last resort, mind you.

I probably wouldn't try that. The grit in toothpaste will just further damage the bottom of the disk.

Hello.

If cleaning it doesn't help at all next time your looking for a video in your local video store pull it out ask if they could give it a quick clean with their disk buffer. Some of them charge a small fee for this service but you might like to pay that rather than go through all the hassles of Microsoft and such.

Hope you get it fixed soon.
