OK, installed Halo2, evetrything works fine, BUT.... I cant see my player, nor any other plares, nor enemy characters, my allies show up as small green 3d boxes, and enemy show up as green/purple dots, Im not on any drugs (presently), I searched through the forums to see if this has been posted before, but couldnt find anything, so plz excuse this if Im being redundant.

Thanks for your quick response, much appreciated. While I do play other games that are DX dependant, i have never had an issue, Americas Army for example, runs fine. I just installed latest drivers and still same issue. While I understand I may be a bit under in terms of power, one would think the game wouldnt run at all, if I didnt have enough resources. I know there are some issues with Nvidia cards...perhaps this is one of them. NOTE: I also got the same issue when I installed the trial version of Halo PC

Heyyo,

Weird... I used to have a GF2 MX220, and a GF4 MX440 (ugh, I liked my GF2 better..) and I never had weird probs like this... Most Nvidia users claim after upgrading their videodrivers the game craps out on them, so you could always try downgrading your drivers. I suggest anything below Forceware v53.22 (or something like that..).

Did you tinker around with any of the videocard's special settings? if so, try resetting them all to default values.
