Another Snow Level? - Not that i'm not impressed, it's just ... why?.
Don't get me wrong but Don't we already have snowbound? And wether its a remake of sidewinder or not, why is everyone so attached to a map they've already seen - wouldn't you guys be more facinated with something new and never before seen? What bothers me is if it's sidewinder a million kids arround the forums are gonna jump for joy and say i told you so, while a millions kids like me get cheased off woundering where the new content in halo went.
Sure I like the vehicule skins but it doesnt take much work to change the colors of a vehicule, lets see some new forge items, or give us foundry's forge pallet on the default maps - because in the end i didn't pay for 3 terrible maps, i paid for foundry I guess, so why shouldnt the map items work.
I think taking the time to go over the old levels and add a night/day feature /seasonal feature to some maps would be great. I'm sure playing in different conditions would change your play and make the old maps somewhat cool and new again. Imagine snowbound in the spring or summer? or the narrows in winter or fall? That's just an idea. Of Course the night feature wouldn't be rediculously dark, ratherr just dark and misty...
And Im getting a little peaved with ppl using our clans symbol in matchmaking, couldnt bungie make some kind of file the leaders of the clan could pass to members of the group which when opened would make them a legitamenet memember of the clan... just an idea i've been running over for a few weeks now...
To be honest, one of my favorite maps is one that me and my clan made in the water on highgrounds off map, it's not the most fonctional because it's off map but it's deffinatly amazing..... so if bungie made a map with say 4 mini islands and clear blue ocean water seperating them I would be astonnished.... giving ppl on forge 4v4 each the option to build a little hut and have a intense war...
just my 2 centz...
