Yup, 4 is the max.

It's relatively simple. You connect your xBoxex to the TVs as you would normaly. You then purchase 4 'link up cables' and a 'hub' (I'll get back to that).

You plug the link up cables in each xBox and the other ends go in the hub.

You switch it on and start the madness!!!

Now, the Hub is really nothing to technical. Any 'computer shop' will have them. They are quite cheap and if you ask the people in the shop which is the best for connecting xBoxes, they should not lead you wrong.

Hope it helps!

Can Anyone out there... (or is it in here?) help explain to me just how in the hell could I connect up to 16 Xbox's (That's one per tv screen) via Lan!!

Or at least 8 Boxes (2 per screen)

Not very smart so any low brow, slack jawed explaination (Hell even some pictures, which you would probably call diagrams) would be helpful.

Have the money just not the brain power, so any help would be appreciated.

the other guys are right up to a point, HALO will only support 4 xbox's, 16 players total, 4 per box. Other games do have support for more than 4 xbox's. Nascar heat 2002 can support 32 players, that is 8 xbox's on the LAN. The key word is HUB or Switch.

Peace!

You're still going to need a router or a switch.

ethernet, no "i". and the ethernet still needs a Hub or switch to connect them all together.
