I've never heard of this, and Bungie doesn't like anything having to do with hacks.

Sorry.

Have you guys seen the transformer map? That thing has to be hacked.

I assume the one you're talking about is with the elites and flags on highground, and if it is hacked I'm not impressed.

EDIT: hmmm I thought I must have hit Halo 3 forum on accident, but I didn't. This is in the wrong forum.

yeah people have modded maps where theres flags and skulls everywhere and spartans and elites just standing there, also theres one on sandtrap with seven elephants or something, ive never played on them but all u have to do is download them from someones file share to play them, so bungie should do something about this before people start modding matchmaking too

What's the harm ? Why don't we encourage real creativity, instead of being content with making things within the box ? Maybe Bungie could learn something about 'original' ideas from these modders.

Because when we support the people who do it fairly we also support those losers on live that steal your account, have unlimited shields and can kill you in 1 hit from a plasma pistol.

Thats very unfair. You shouldn't throw them all in the same lot.
You would think that someone who cheats in matchmaking is just a small time glitcher who learnt how to standby off of a YouTube tutorial. Whereas, the people who modify computer programs for creative purposes maybe don't even match-make. I sure wouldn't bother with match making if I knew how to mod . But thats a generalization as well.
