What is the Report Function? How does it work? How/What Should I report? Abuse?
The report function is the quick and easy way to alert the Mods that a post is inappropiate. Examples include personal attacks, spam and anything generally against forum rules.
The report function works as the following: You hit the report button and a value of "1" is added to that threads spam report count or w/e Bungie calls it. The mods then proceed to use an item called a "spam queve" to help them find the most reported threads fast and efficiently. Also the mods still mod away on their own when browsing forums.
You should report all unnessacary threads, all spam, and prettymuch anything that doesn't seem to have any intelligence behind it. (That doesn't mean report just because you disagree)
If you report to many threads that don't get locked eventually, then refrain from reporting that type of thread. You should be able to tell the difference between the discussions and spam.
Also if you abuse the report feature, I.E. just report everything for the hell of it, the system can tell. Achronos wrote the feature and he told us that.
Why are there no Post Counts?
Post counts were deleted off Bnet due to the simple fact that users abused it, such as, "I have more posts therefore I am better!"
Where'd the Sigs Go?
You must now hit the top arrow by the groups button.

How are the Top Forum Topics Picked?
They are currently picked by the number of times a thread has been saved by the userbase. I believe Achronos said this may change someday.
How Do I Make a Poll?
Once you go to create a new forum topic, just hit the "add a poll" button directly below the area that you write your poll answers in.
