Subject: Any way to port Halo 3 stats to a chumby widget?

Dear Team Bungie,

Have you guys seen a Chumby? It's basically an alarm clock with a touchscreen running Linux and Flash Lite and it has a WiFi radio built in. It displays whatever random stuff you want it to in the form of Flash widgets.

My question is, is there anyway to get my Halo 3 Kills, Deaths, and K/D ratio directly without having to load up the career stats page? If it's legal, I'd like to be able to design a widget that displays my Ks, Ds, and K/D essentially in real time as the Chumby fetches the data for me. The career stats page is loaded with great stuff, but it's too much for the Chumby to effectively download every 15 minutes or so.

So...would that be legal, and if so, is there an easy way to obtain that info?

Thanks,

They're just numbers, so I don't see why it would be illegal. As for getting it to work, could you just get the info from here? I don't know anything about the chumby, so sorry if it can't be done like that.

Hmmm...that might work better. I'll give it a shot and see. Thanks!

Those stats are awfully behind. I haven't been a major in awhile.

http://halo3.junk.ws/ is the best place for a comprehensive list of stats for any gamertag. They take the stats from Bungie.net and make more info out of it, the site mentions that they do this with permission, so I guess you'd need permission to siphon stat info from Bungie.net servers or whatever.

No, none of those sites would fit exactly what he's looking for. Halo API would be the best in my opinion. You can get stats that look like this and I'm sure you could create a widget with them.
