How come I have the "ability" to report some people, but not others? I could not find any previous information about this in any of the threads, so I'm confused.

If it's fifteen days old, it becomes unreportable.Nor can you report color-texters.[Edited on 03.23.2008 8:55 PM PDT]

You can't report posts that are 15 days old+.
So now I'm a beta tester. Let's see where this goes.
Also people with administrative positions such as "Forum Ninja" or "Bungie.net Overlord" do not have a report button on their posts.
OK, but what if they edit their posts. Can you report them then?

If someone did go back and edit one of their posts then they would have to bump the thread for anyone to see it. Then the "bumping" post could (and should) be reported. So they still fail.
