How come I have the "ability" to report some people, but not others? I could not find any previous information about this in any of the threads, so I'm confused.

If it's fifteen days old, it becomes unreportable.

Nor can you report color-texters.

Owners of the Katana: A place for those who have a Katana or over 1000GS in Halo 3.

Somewhere out there... in an alternate reality... Marty decided to stay in the ad jingle business, bringing about an age of amazingly orchestrated Pampers commercials.

You can't report posts that are 15 days old+.

So now I'm a beta tester. Let's see where this goes.

Also people with administrative positions such as "Forum Ninja" or "Bungie.net Overlord" do not have a report button on their posts.

OK, but what if they edit their posts. Can you report them then?

I just went and edited one of my really old posts. The report button didn't show up so I guess not.

Bungie should change that....
somebody could make a post 15 days later change it to something bad..
*gasp!

but I guess most people won't bother...
but still...

I think the report button is primarily designed to stop spam and off-topic threads. If someone did go back and edit one of their posts then they would have to bump the thread for anyone to see it. Then the "bumping" post could (and should) be reported. So they still fail.
