I just want to know the best way to capture video onto my computer while I'm playing Halo. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have your Xbox plugged into the VCR all you have to do is hit record and it records whatevers on the screen if your in video mode. Thats what I do anyways.

Yeah, I'ved recorded it on VHS but I want to take my VCR or Xbox itself and capture the video onto my computer so I can make a DVD. That's the kind of thing I'm looking for.

If you have any Audio/Video ports in the back of your computer, then just plug your XBOX strait into your computer. Of course, that could mean getting a graphics card.

Pause for searching.

If you go to www.bestbuy.com and type in ATI in the search bar, it will bring up some pretty good graphics cards. I suggest the ATI ALL-IN-WONDER 9600XT or something similar. The price is $199.99. Or feel free to go by your local Best Buy or other electronic store and browse around. They will tell you what you need. Any way you go about putting game videos on your PC will require you to spend around $200 dollars. I hope this response helped you. If you have any further question, feel free to send me a message.
