Frankie recently posted an article up about the Game Informer encounter, and showed off some of the new levels which will be in place for Halo 2. He also mentioned that on November 9th, we will understand how the term "Goin Ribs" applies to the Burial Grounds level. Personally, I think there will be a large portion of the area littered with the bones and remains of large creatures, hence the word ribs. It would be cool if the ribs would form an arc type pattern out of the ground, making for sort of tunnel-like structures. Anyway, tell me what you think the phrase "Goin ribs" means.

No, that is not right. The "ribs" are not real at all. I read the article in GI and the "ribs" are large pieces of metal from the crashed covie ships (did you read the new news item? It says it right there.) So if someone says; "so and so is goin ribs!" That means he's either hiding near them, going by them, or in some way is going to be near these metalic "ribs."

Ya follow?

Well, I'm not supposed to say this.. but.. <looks around cautiously>....
As part of our global marketing strategy and product placement partnerships (like Keds, which we revealed a few months back) we've teamed up with Chilis to actually offer Baby Back Ribs as a power-up in the game. Nothing is cooler than hearing Chief bust out a "I want my baby back baby baby back..." as he chows down on a slab of pork to regain his health.

You didn't hear that from me though.
