anyone have any future plans to join the bungie team someday?

I plan to study some courses in engineering whether it be graphics or animation or something, get around 10 years of experience somewhere, send in a resume, and see how it goes.

P.S. i heard being able to solve logic problems is a big plus too.

I do hope to apply for a job for bungie staff, I plan to apply in roughly 3- 4 years as I'm only 14. I have been sutdying gaming engineering for about 3 years now and know a little over average on how games work. I just recently took a course in graphics and art design through my school and plan to succeed in being an art designer for bungie.

by the way do u know if they have jobs for in-game moderators?

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

fyi you NEED 2-4 years experience in an other gaming company before they even look at your portfolio.

Bunige is not going to be your first gaming job.

That not what I have heard. From what Bungie employees have said before in podcasts is that they care more about what's in your portfolio. Even if you have never worked on a mainstream game they might consider you if you have something impressive to show them (i.e. demo, concept art, etc.). Even if you have worked in the industry for 20 and have a crap in your portfolio they aren't going to want you. They always put 2-4 years experience because those are typically the kinds of people that actually have something to put in there, and know what it is like to work on a team during the design process of a game.

At least for engineering. I noticed art does not have that. And duh, of corse you need to have a good portfolio, I never said you did not.

Well yeah because half of software engineering is debugging and the only way to get good at debugging is practice. As for the 'good portfolio' I was reacting to the fact you said "before they even look at your portfolio" part. I'm sure that they will but I just wanted to emphasize that it needs to have something to help it stand-out.
