I dont even know dude, the booting system has a mind of its own. My friend gets booted all the time even though he doesnt betray anyone. Plus, when you do betray someone you dont know, the kid goes phsyco and boots every one.

Sometimes while messing around, when I'm not really trying I'll kill my teammates for like 5 games straight just getting booted on purpose and such. I think once you've done it for a little bit, on purpose or accident, then the System becomes a little more sensitive, kinda like getting an Assist but not the Kill. You assist in the betrayal, so its gonna ask that player if he wants to get rid of you. And most goofballs out there will kick you out anyway.

I'm calling hacking on this. There's no way you'd get booted just for having the sword.

A Halo 2 player never dies, they are just Missing in Action

I thnk Oasis is a pretty cool guy. Eh sings Baetles songs and doesn’t afraid of anything

its messed up big time, there was this one time i was playing rumble pit back after the the map pack with relic and terminal etc. came out. My friend was playing rumble pit in a different match and when I died in my match it said on my screen 'hold 'x' to boot dukeblues from game'
I was thinking wtf so i did it, then we met up in the pre game lobby after the game and he was telling me how he got booted from his rumble pit game and i started lmao
It really does have a mind of its own, either that or it was some major latency

I just found out last week that if you are in a party, the host or "Party Leader" can boot you in the middle of a game. You press the start button, Y, go to gamertag of person you want to boot, boot player. Also, if someone is bridging host, which is cheating, they can boot you regardless of which team you are on.

So basically, just like I said. Hacking/cheating.

The booting system is bad, betrayls carry over games. This is very old news....

Two wrongs don't make a right but three rights make a left.

I kind of agree with you.Yesterday i had just started a game of BTB in matchmaking. It was big team slayer on containment and i started out by the warthogs so i ran up the ramp to the turret and was about to grab the BR when it said sorry you've been booted so i was like WTF!
I checked the Stats it said i hadn't fired a single shot. How could i get booted without killing anyone?

PS for those of you that care i was in a party with my friend i was leader so i couldn't have been booted that way.

that only works if the party leader is on the opposite team and for the bridging it wont say you were booted

Yes it does work. I have had my party leader boot me out of several games in the past week, just playing around. He was on my team. We were in several games that the party leader didn't want to finish, so he systematically booted everyone in our party so we could start a new game.Try it.

Didn't know about the bridging thing though.
