There is online play for Halo Xbox. But it's illegal online play. (XboxConnect, Gamespy, etc.)

I haven't played Halo PC, but I'd say Xbox version basically because I can't play FPS on PC's. Controls on a keybaord just isn't right. You've got to have a pad between your palms to feel a game properly. I only like PC's as a way to communicate (internet etc.) then gaming as the whole installation thing just seems to go right over my head.

Better to have a console that is specific in its purpose (put in game, turn on and play) than to have one you have to fool around with (installation).

Looking at Halo PC I can see why people like it.
* New Weapons
* Banshee in Multiplayer
* New Multiplayer Maps
* Online Play

Thing is all well and good but as others have said, Online play using an Xbox is possible (XBC, Gamespy, etc.).

The reqs aren't bad. Basically, if your computer doesn't suck you can play it. I love Halo PC, but I HATE lag. Even on broadband the slightest bit of lag can really throw you off. Especially being used to the old fashioned type of "Quake Lag", this new type where you can still move around takes quite the getting used to. But, I have both and I love both. Both have their pros and cons.

How ya goin?

the only reason why pc is better is because it has the feul rod gun, the flamer and banshees in multiplayer the bad thing is because the controls are weird and you cant turn fast enough with a mouse
all round i like xbox s controllers better than keyboard and mouse

(i think you can get a special adapter to link xbox controller to the computer, its on ebay)
