They had that in halo it wasnt noticeable really but i read the manual it says your accuracy is based on your motion

Naa the armour would take the recoil away so the accuracy wouldnt change

Ok, im not worried about it being realistic. I just want it to be balanced. And I think it should only be affected a tad bit when moving, but with an automatic weapon, it should be more inaccurate when firing full auto.

The bullets and projectiles have very realistic motion... like the rockets, for instance, will have another vector of movement added to their flight path if you are being driven around in a vehicle or are traveling at a signifigant speed. Different weapons of the Halo and Marathon series have different accuracy values.

Yeah, and so did the assault rifle in Halo1, so im not worried about it. But i don't want the crosshair all over the place everytime i make a small step, Master Chief is pro with guns, and anyone whos been paintballing and airsoft gunning should know its not that hard to keep a gun stable while running if you know how to use it (and yes, i know real guns are different from paintball guns, trust me, i've shoot a lot of guns in my few years) Point is: movment shouldn't affect it as much as recoil should.

He's friggen Master Cheif, even without his armor, he is as accurate as the gun is. He has almost perfect aim no matter what. With the armor his him is reaction time is 300% better the armor holds him steady no matter what. So it wouldn't be realistic for his accuracy to go dowm while he moves.

EVEN THOUGH, RUNNUNING OR SHOOTING a rocket would decrease his accuracy. MC or not, running while shooting a rocket prodeces serios kick-back

Man forget being realistic, if this were SPlinter Cell or Rainbow six 3, then it would be a factor, but not Halo 2. I'll be more worried about keeping my friend's back with the Battle Rifle then worrying about my accuracy, it's fine the way it was in Halo.

I just don't understand that if he holds the rocketlauncher perfectly still while running ( which he is more than capable of thanks to his super srenght and godlike reaction time) and firing a rocket will decrease its accuracy. He holds it as tight as if it was the turret on a worthog. And its not like he is sprinting, for him its like a slow jog.

if we are talking about bullet travel reality. you should have to compensate for the arc of the bullet. if your playing a video game you throw some reality out the window to make it feasable to play.

look all games have issues and all games bend reality a bit (or a lot). especially where the laws of physics are involved. as long as the game is fun thats all that matters. i hope halo 2 will balance some things out better than halo 1 did. i guess we will just wait and see.

CS freaking sucked I played that game and the only succesful players were the hackers which the game was filled with. Not to mention the crappy map balancing and this guy is talking about realism what about the AWP I have literally been killed by people who jump around a corner firing a sniper into my head killing me yeahs im sure thats what real snipers do -end sarcasm- there's very little that makes me more upset than when someone uses the sucky@$$ game CS to put Halo down it's completle BS!
