Ok, I had a game running and some guy joined it but after I sniped him in the head about 7 times it said he quit but then he came back and said, "Why'd you kick me...-blam!-...I'm trying my best!" The weird thing is that I didn't ban/kick him and my friend was playing in the same server the whole time and I shot him in the head lots of times and he didn't get kicked. The pings were around 134 if that helps.

This is a RETICULE, and that is a RETICLE. I'm using the latter to aim. And what are you using?

Two possible reasons:

1) He simply lost his connection and thought you had kicked him. I already lost connection with a ping of 67 and even lower. There are many reasons one can loose connection, and most are out of his - and yours - sphere of influence.
2) He left by himself; he then came back acting like he got kicked simply to piss you off.

Heyyo,

He probably typed after he died, causing that stupid "gathering exception error" and he probably thought you got him kicked.

Heyyo,

It's a Pentium2, that's old, it's 350MHz, so 0.35GHz :P

I think that's like, the year 1995 or so old.

If you had all the vidoe card and RAM things, could you play Halo on a 900 Mhz processor?

Not too well. If it was an AMD at 900 it would perform better than a Pentium. Generally 2GHz or so is substantial and adequate.

So then why does it say that on the box of halo?

Heyyo,

4 words: Low-Sysem Specs Appeal.

They did it so people with lower-end comps would be like "oh, this works on my old comp, I'll buy it." M$ gets the profit, and screws over the dude with the old comp. Like taking candy from a baby, M$'s all aboot the profit, and not the soul.
