Mr B, you ask many good questions. This mod plans to do the UNSC first and foremost, and then the Covenant United, Covenant Loyalists (Prophets, Brutes, Jackals, Drones) and Covenant Heretics (Elites, Hunters, Grunts - not the diseased ones that the Arbiter first encounters, but the ones the Arbiter leads). Next, we would do the Flood, and possibly even the Sentinals. Note that these last two armies will be the hardest to come up with, but we shall endeavor to do our best.
Also, we'll try to make the tech-tree completely original for every army to the complete extent of our skills. As for balancing, we will first try to make the armies fluff-oriented, and then balance those of the mod w/others of the mod. There PROBABLY won't any balancing between the mod's armies and the game's armies.
P.S. thanks for the complement of the DaemonHunters mod. I am one of several Campaign Designers for it. Also, please note that it is part of a greater mod, the Holy Orders of the Inquisition Mod. Therefore, we shall have Inquisitorial Ordos Malleus (DaemonHunters), Hereticus (Witch Hunters), and Xenos (Xeno Hunters - Xeno means "alien").
