Dude that's harsh. Everyone deserves a chance to enjoy discussion on their favorite video game. So what if the spelling is a little off. Just because it takes your brain an extra couple of seconds to decipher what was written doesn't mean that someone doesn't deserve the right to participate in a forum. That's like saying that just because someone sucks at multiplayer on gamespy they don't deserve to play. (And consequently get their butts handed to them by better players.)

I see your point there and believe me, I do understand the frustration. But the next time you get a chance to play online, feel better after having kicked the crap out of someone else by imagining that they are the 12 year olds. Maybe you even made them cry... :P hahaha

Who cares how people spell? These forums are not about spelling and grammar! They are about Halo and Halo 2!

Neo, it's damn near everywhere and hard as hell to eliminate, like terrorism. There isn't a way to correct the problem, so let's just accept the illiterate and talk more about Halo... afterall, that is why we are here.

Horray for best thread ever!!!11!!!

You have the nerve to call other posters "children" and then post a thread like this? I think the one who needs to grow up is you.

How can you say that people should use correct grammar when you yourself use capitals on the rare occasion? You're an idiot.

Anybody should be entitled to post here, and they shouldn't have to leave because you can't understand what they are saying. It's not like they are typing in "1337" language either, it is really easy to understand and overlook simple spelling mistakes. Try a little harder please.

If it makes you feel any better, I wasn't getting pissed off. Don't worry about it though, you just hit a sore subject. We may be in the 18 and over crowd, but all that really does is put us in a minority compared to the younglings and English-as-a-second-language folks. (I'd use a better word here, but my vocabulary has failed me) I'd have to say that it is probably a 3:1 ratio against us.

Neo is right on one thing. Please spellcheck and grammar check all your posts. And please do not use stupid abbreviations. (are=r)

I'm locking this thread now, before it turns into a flame fest contest.
