Just thought I'd see what sounds people are waiting to hear when they play Halo 2. There's no way a poll could possibly contain all of the audio ecstacy that people are waiting for, so feel free to add something in a post that isn't in the poll. Some of these sounds are already floating around in various videos, but which ones are you most looking forward to in the finished product? I personally can't wait to hear the sweet, sweet sound of Killtacular over and over again. :) *sits back and imagines tromping over the corpses of enemies as they keep respawning in the room*

I would really like to hear them all, but seeing as I can only vote for one it'll have to be killtacular, not because I want kill loads of people (Well I would like that in a big 4 v 4 link up) but because i cant wait for the multiplayer.

Okay people, this poll seems a little lopsided. Doesn't anyone want to hear something on the poll other than Killtacular or the SMG? Anyone?

I think that the new ambient noise in the levels are really going to bring the new enviornments to life. It'll make them feel more organic.

What i'd really like to hear is my enemy dying.
And my teammates dying too, so I can say I did everything to bring in our team's win.

I said I wanted to hear the sound of crushing bones and the splatter of my enemy's gore upon the walls as the result of a harsh melee attack. There is absolutely no way of schooling your enemy as professionally as whacking him in the back of the skull with your firearm or fist.

I wholeheartedly agree. It's a special moment when you "pap" someone out and stand over their corpse for a second so they get to see you. It's even more fun and rewarding when you can land the ever elusive "Flying Pap"! Falling from a height and paping someone out before you hit the ground is just sooo satisfying. Especially when they see it coming...
