Hello, as you may be able to tell by my name I Am Canadian. I love Halo and have been searching for the Soundtrack in all our major stores and all of our smaller ones. I have been unable to find the soundtrack and was wondering: Can you buy the Halo Soundtrack in a Walmart or something like that in the States? I will be going through the northern states in the next month and was wondering if i can get the Soundtrack in a store or if I'll have to get at some other place like Bungie headquarters. I have looked at buying it on the internet, but the price can jump up to around $80 U.S. while crossing the border. I would rather not have to pay that much, but if thats the only way... So any help would be greatly appreciated, eh?

Thanks.

It can be found at the Bungie online store and also on Amazon.com. I do not know if they will ship it up beyond the border.

Hang on, Time to do some searching.

After doing some looking around, both can ship to Canada.

Well, have you seen it in a store? That all i need to know, cause up here it's not in any stores, but maybe it is in the States?

Yes they will, but UPS charges an extortionate amount to handle the customs work. More than the US shipping charges, or even the cost of the CD itself. Bloody piracy, if you ask me, especially since they tack it on retroactively.

Crazy_Canuck, try asking at your local music store to see if they'll special-order it for you. It may or may not be doable, but I'd rather go that route rather than relive the UPS hell I went through to get mine.

If they can't, then I'd suggest asking a friend in the US to order it for you and then mail it up. Even if you cover the postage charges for him/her, you're still far ahead of Unholy Piratical -blam!-eaters' "best".

I had to pay $60 to get it up here. Brown sucks. I hate Brown. Be sure to be there when they deliver it, or they charge $20 extra.

You could always Canadian-style parachute into bungie towers and steal Frankie's copy. That's what I would do.
