Well to be a "hit" it needs to have an awsome hook, and a driving bass line, something you can bob your head too, but guitar players getting to much credit? I dont really like the solos of yesterday, I did years ago, but I can do with out it now,

I'd pick solid chords, cuz I play guitar and I'm half of the band.
