There's no immediately obvious search feature on these forums, so I'll just go ahead and ask anyway, even if it's been asked before...
Will Halo 2 support Widescreen? I know there aren't a huge amount of widescreen TVs over there in the States, but here in the UK (and I think in much of the rest of Europe as well), the majority of new TVs are Widescreen, and it's always disappointing when games don't support them.
One thing that would be especially nice would be co-op splitscreen where the split is vertical rather than horizontal, so that you're playing side-to-side rather than one above the other. The problem with it at the moment on a widescreen TV is that you end up with two really long, thin viewports, with a ratio of around 3:1. If split the other way the ratio is much more reasonable, with almost square viewports, at 8:9.
Obviously you'd want to have it as an option, but it'd really make my day if that kind of feature was included.
