Check right here for the latest job openings. I've looked into it quite a bit, and it sounds like it's really, really tough to get a job there, or at any video game company. Knowing how to beat Halo on Legendary in an hour won't get you in, you simply need to know what you're doing. Bungie said in some article on their site that many people in the game industry are self-taught, and haven't had any college time. However, you better be dang good at whatever you're applying for if you want in. And also, you need a portfolio of your work. A good one featuring good work. Me, I'd love to work there, but it sounds like designing a game takes a lot of math and logarithms and stuff. I do good in math in school, but I really hate it, especially logarithms (Frankie mentioned them in one of his updates).
EDIT: By the way, Bungie is located in Redmond, Washington, about an hour away from where I live.
