You run up to them than you hit them in the face. Funny as hell too. Especially on the lower gametypes since you can do this to anybody

Yeah recently been thinking the same thing. By the way, they are called something like 'issue numbers' but I'm with you 100%.

I get called a little crazy by my friends because of my Halo knowledge, how often I play it and how often I'm on this forum but there's some people on this forum that are most definitly addicted.

This is usually shown by their extensive knowledge, production of videos (sometimes made because of boredem, which I'm all for) and finding glitches that are so well concealed and difficult it shows that they must have spent hours wide-eyed at the TV trying to push things to its limits. Also, having absolutely huge Halo LAN parties can make them seem addicted as I am yet to hold a system link with more than 8 players (I don't have 16 Halo-playing friends). I bet I'm missing out on a cool experience, but I at least I'm not missing out on life.

Its good to get a hobby but its better to go outside and experience real life while you have the chance. I'm off to go now to enjoy my teen years. Hanging out with friends and keeping in touch is more important than Halo. To some it may not seem like it, but it is.

seriously, notanerd, every1 (at least true halo fans) knows the assault rifles caliber name.
its not the serial number.... that would be a myraid of numbers and letters which are never the same per weapon. and cut donw on the spam and dont set bad examples for ppl such as terran to do it as well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Melee attack them. They die? Keep attacking them and more gore will come out. Real fun too. Second-Plasma Grenade. 'Get it off of me!'-they are as stupid as hell(don't they have training programs saying that it won't fall of?) They go straight for the elites, maybe, a force of 10. I walk up calm as ever. No stonewall now, huh?

Just because I don't the real names of the guns, does that make me not a true halo fan. How the hell can you class a true halo fan? Do you have quizzes on the game where the questions are about the smallest and insignificant area in the game?

If you do then I have 1 thing to say to you: Go outside, and go get help. Yeah Halo's cool, its a good game and Halo 2 is going to rock but some people just take it too far. My friends think I'm addicted because I come on this website, I can imagine their histerical, uncontrollable laughter as they see what some people on this forum are like.

I watch videos people have made using Halo, I think "Hey that looks realy cool! Very well done." But then I think "How Sad! It must've took ages!".

Computer Games are good as entertainment, at the beginning it is natural to play a game constantly till it gets a little overplayed and you get bored (I've done it with every game I own). Then its there to come back to, burn some time and entertain us.

Halo's a little different of course because of the Multiplayer System Link. I've tired that option out too and organise a little Halo get together every so often for a bit of fun.

I am a true Halo fan, just not the type that I have my head so far in it that I can't see anything else. To anyone like that, I feel sorry for.

Kill all his budies then run rings around the poor little fellow and tease him...slowly plasma pistoling him to death. :)

By the way... All the weapon No.'s and Seriel numbers etc etc are in the Manual, if you dont read the manual you shouldn't be in the forum.

Secondly, Additional info makes the games story more telling and imerssion is better.

And Finaly, I come here to talk to fans and listen to you all coz i love to hear what everyone thinks, can do, knows and will do soon after. So shut-up with the no life stuff.

Video games are like going to see a movie only YOU'RE the lead star.

thanks :D

i like to empty a whole clip of needles at a grunt. its very satisfying to see how they all stick to him and he screams like a little girl before he and his fellow grunts explode. even better when there are grenades lying on the floor nearby

Is that so? So Bungie have set down rules on this? Are you telling me that before you go on a game you open up the instruction manual and read every page? I just put a games in the games console and play. It isn't till much later (and depends if I actually like the game) that I start to read into stuff.

Yes it is true that the caliber numbers of Halo's weapons are in the manual, but because its there doesn't mean you have to memorise it all! Why call a pistol a 'blah blah blah' when you can just say pistol (and plasma pistol for the alien) and everyone knows what you mean?

The manual of Halo, the descriptions and real names of the guns are there to add a realism and it does it very well (if you haven't noticed, I have read the manual...once...out of bordem!). It doesn't mean that you have to know every single detail!

To appeciate Halo fully you may have to delve a little deep and get some background information, but it doesn't mean you have to go find the entire history of the game!

So please shut-up... no one likes people draging stuff like this out.

He likes HALO....however much...who cares...we're here to talk about it....

or, what would really be fun, is to puncture the tank and let some methane leak out and then throw a frag in the middle of a group of covies and whatch the methane ignite and escallate the explosion. (maniacal laugh)
