He watches every Hodgetwin video they put up...on ALL their channels. He calls them the Hodge Triplets, and considers himself the 3rd triplet. He's started talking and acting like them now. Every other line out of his mouth "Thaaas some BULLLLLL**** maaayne" or "Gotta make dem gainzzzz". He calls his biceps "gains". When he eats post-workout, he talks to his biceps, "Don't worry gains, I'm feeding you. Daddys gonna feed you, gainz *kisses biceps*".

I'm dying to unload masses of theories on the Forerunner... Arg.... darn you Clark! You give us so much to speculate on but you tell us we can't speculate openly on it! Your incessant and brilliant teasing is killing me.... but I must see the next chapter... Urg...

You guys need to look deeper, and maybe think really weird thoughts. That might get you near where I am.

Anyways, once Chapter 21 has been released, I'm granting everyone permission to post their theories. Does this mean I'll be revealing everything in the next chapter? Nope. Just means I'll put you out of your misery.

In the meantime, remember you can always PM me your theories, and I'll definitely comment on them. Just remember to send the PM at least twice. My PM account is still messed up and I don't receive over half of the messages sent to me, judging by all the angry messages I get about ignoring people.

Uhh, Phantom Ninja, if you're asking me when my next chapter's coming out, which is what it looks like, then you should be posting in my topic... My apologies if you're talking to Clark :)

And thank you very much Mr. Clark, I'll probably send you a theory or rambling or two...

Random Update

I think Chapter 21 is shaping up pretty good. I guess aside from calling it a 'setting up' chapter, you could call it a 'history' chapter as well. Not necessarily anything like the Covenant History Chapters, but it does convey a specific historical feel to each scene. Not sure how this came to be, but it has, and I'm kinda liking it. Gives me much better lead-ins for each scene, so I'm not just thrusting everyone into the middle of a conversation or something.

Some people have asked so I will answer.

I've been playing the F.E.A.R single player demo, along with the Bet on Soldier: Blood Sport single player demo lately for my PC gaming needs. Both are pretty darn cool, though F.E.A.R is shaping up to be really cool.

Console-wise it was Darkwatch a little while ago, but it was a really short game, and nobody aside from me and two guys in London seemed to be playing the multiplayer so I moved on. Other than that I've been playing Mario Superstar Baseball. Its really just stupidly fun. I forced my friends to play it at first but nowadays we have some pretty intense get-togethers with the Cube, and my poor arm can attest to the fact that their have been violent breakouts at times.

Portable gaming I'm all about Nintendogs. I've got a husky named Kuno-tan and so far I've taught him nine tricks (only me and one other person outside of Japan will get that joke I just made). Also Advance Wars Dual Strike is pretty cool, but it takes me forever to play strategy games. It took me four months to finally finish Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones (not because I suck at them, just because since they're so turn-based I literally take forever to finish a single battle, I'll play a turn then shut it off for a day).

I'm waiting for Burnout Legends so I can actually play with my PSP for the first time in months. It just sits there nowadays, and I can only sympathetically pat it on the head as I pass by. Burnout better be really awesome cause aside from that, I won't be playing anything else on the fledgling handheld (GTA is as appealing as having a car run me over).

Yes, I have an Xbox 360 preordered. The 'Premium' Console that is. Don't know why anybody would go for the stripped down crap version, but I won't get into that here. I've also put money down on a few games as well, but considering Microsoft hasn't spilled the beans on what's coming out on launch day, I have no idea what I'll end up playing come launch.

Music-wise, I've been listening to a lot of Death Cab for Cutie. Love those guys. Also, someone recently gave me a copy of the entire Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars soundtrack, so I've been absorbing that as well. Ah the memories.

There, now with that out of the way we can concentrate on Chapter 21.

I promise there'll be things inside that will make you smirk to yourself, shaking your head softly while saying, "Oh Mr. Clark, you clever devil you."

I understand a slow rate in Fire Emblem. I got both of em and I LOVE them. My bro is darn good at them, but I'm bad... I pretty much just throw my guys into the enemy line hoping they'll survive. I have to play most of the missions around 3-5 times before I beat them. Sad, but I still love the game. I musta beat the first one about six times... and that's one long game.

This is really off topic but, Prowlaz, do you never get tired of getting blacklisted? If I were you I would just settle down a bit. Are you like this in real life too? No offence, I'm just wondering.

Hmm, you guys are looking too big picture. Take a gander at the specifics!

Also, if you remember Halsey describing the Forerunner's actual appearence, then you now know where Clark stands on the issue of Humans=Forerunner right?

Finally, I give one last hint, and this has been 'ok'd by Mr. C himself.

The Forerunner that's with the Prophet of Truth said something incredibly important last chapter. So important that it could unravel the entire story itself. Look closely, and from there the truth will be seen.

*shakes fist at Konoka_chan*

Oooooh you're going to get me in trouble.

Unfortunately Konoka_chan has much of this story figured out, and I blame myself. During the planning phase I bounced ideas off of her, figuratively speaking, and I'm guessing since the Forerunner ideas all seemed to have one constant trend it wasn't hard for her to piece it together.

Remember, Chapter 21 is a 'setting up' chapter. Its not going to divulge much, just tease you with a few glimpses and then run away and make you wait for the explosive Chapter 22, which I'm thinking is definitely going to take a month to write. Not because it's going to be hard (all the chapters are hard to write), but because its gonna be the biggest chapter yet. Chapter 18 was 18,000 words, Chapter 21 is going to be bigger than that......

I'll let your minds stew over that for awhile.

360 sounds as amazing as i had hoped, so I'm throwing in for one, and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion as well.

Clark, are we allowed to comment in this thread on Konoka Chan's thoughts?

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

Yes, though try not to go overboard.

I'll give you guys a starting point. The Forerunner said something in regards to the Covenant, as well as......'crops'?
