Hmm, several interesting things of late.
I found out the EBGames where I have my 360 preorder is not having a midnight launch anymore, and instead has decided to do one at 7am. That's not going to be fun. I don't mind staying up late for this console, but getting up early? No thanks.
Also, they're only letting 10 people in per hour. And it goes by when you preordered your console. I was one of the somewhat early people, I think my number is in the 10-20 range, so that means I get to arrive and stand in line early, for an entire hour at least before getting to go inside.
As if that wasn't bad enough, EB is selling the 360 games early, as in, before the console is released, which baffles me on a scale unheard of. I don't have the time to drive over there every day to pick up a game, and that means they will sell out, so unless some games arrive exactly on the 22nd, I'm going to be walking home with a console sans games.
Sounds like a barrel of fun. I'm glad I'm wasting almost a grand on this console, when it looks like all it's going to do is stress me out and make me wish I had never stupidly paid it off already.
Ugh, here's a random link. Normally I would call bull, but this site usually gets exclusive scripts. They had the Splinter Cell one not too long ago.
Anyways, if it turns out to be true, looks like we're getting a movie more along the novel, The Flood, than anything else our convoluted minds might have come up with.
