The story of Xbox Customer Service:
Tech Service: Hello and welcome to the Xbox 360 Customer Service Line. How may I help you?
Clark: My Xbox 360 is broken.
Tech Service: How so?
Clark: Every time I turn the console on, the 360 logo flashes, then freezes on screen.
Tech Service: It freezes?
Clark: Yes, as in, ceases movement.
Tech Support: I see. How long has this been happening?
Clark: It froze off and on since I bought it back in November, but in the past few days its occurred every single time.
Tech Support: All right, lets just run through a few things that might be able to fix the problem.
Clark: Um, okay?
Tech Support: Turn the Xbox 360 console on.
Clark: Done.
Tech Support: Now, when your on the title screen scroll over to the Settings tab...
Clark: I can't.
Tech Support: Why? Is your controller turned on?
Clark: Uh, like I said, the console froze when the 360 logo popped up.
Tech Support: That's odd.
Clark: Yes, that was my sentiment when it happened as well.
Tech Support: Okay, I'm guessing that's occurred before.
Clark: Indeed.
After a few more stupid checklists I was forced to go through, all resulting in the same thing. Me saying, "Its frozen, I can't do A N Y T H I N G."
Finally, they decided that they're going to send me a box, and they're either going to give me the repaired 360 (doubtful) or just send me a new one.
*sigh*
This is the first time I've ever had console troubles in my life, as unbelievable as it sounds.
I keep everything in perfect condition. I even dust every week, I'm a natural housewife.
In reality its not that big of a deal, but to me, this is like getting punched in the abdomen.
And soulguard, mentioning the Dreamcast and Skies of Arcadia in the same sentence is enough to send me into a nostalgic frenzy. I foamed at the mouth a little.
well look on the brightside mr. clark, now you have more time to write the story. jk. btw when is the next chapter gonna be ready
