I'm quite interested over what Gravemind's going to do now that he's consumed that Brute fleet. I can't see his storyline being over there, Clarks gotta be working towards something big.

Same with the Prophet of Truth. A couple chapters ago we got a look at what's happened since the Master Chief got booted off the ship. I wonder where the ship's gonna end up.

Hmm, well, I'm glad your just linking to your story instead of posting it here.

Chapter 12 will be a great deal longer than any of the released chapters so far. As a result of this however it will take me a little longer to get it out, but not too much longer.

Unfortunately for poor Canadians like me, Brothers in Arms hasn't been released yet, so I have resumed writing, though know the first part of Chapter 12 will seem somewhat depressing, as I have been saddened by the lack of Brothers in Arms in my life.

Yay! A nice long chapter. I'm hoping to see it be around 4-5 posts long, that would be great.

I have no set release for Chapter 12, simply because I myself have no real idea.

Chapter 12 is going to be long, more than double the length of the normal chapters. Yeah, I speak the truth, its gonna be looooooong.

I've done the first couple of pages while I wait for Brothers in Arms (for those that don't know its a tacticle-squad based shooter made by Ubi Soft for the Xbox. If you've watched the amazing Band of Brothers series, Brothers in Arms is like the video games version of that) but I'm not sure how much writing I'll be able to do once I get that little number into my hands. Shouldn't be too long, I'm sure I'll have it out before the end of next week.

Clark I forgot to put this in my last post but I like how the arbiter examines all of the human defenses and thinks while the chapter is going on, adds more depth. Also be sure to say what you think of Brothers in Arms because I won't buy it unless you say its at least decent.

Mr.Clark, awesome fan-fic, as always.
Oh and send me a PM for chapter 12 and don't write PM's to arbiterzone anymore (me) because I closed that Bungie account.

Good to hear people have been enjoying the story. I like to hear that my readers are passing this story around. Lets me know that people are still curious and interested in what's going on in the Halo universe.

I like to keep this thread 'clutter' free, but occasional off-topic discussions I don't mind too often. I noticed before people were talking about the MAC stations around Earth.

Its to my understanding that the MAC guns were in clusters of three stations. Two stations coordinated fire like Sergeant Johnson said, while the main station (ie. Cairo Station) housed the actual MAC cannon.

There certainly wouldn't be over 300 stations, as we would have seen a lot more than just a couple of clusters while trapising about on the outside of the Cairo Station. I'd be guessing there's somewhere around 70-80 MAC guns.

Unfortunately it hasn't been released yet, or at least not in Edmonton. It should be in Friday though, so that's good. I was a huge fan of Full Spectrum Warrior, me and Bibo (who's posted on here a couple of times) and I've been looking forward to this game for awhile.

The main attraction however is the absolute atmospheric sense reviewers have said you develop while playing. For those that have watched the series Band of Brothers, this game is styled after that, it follows the 101st Airborne, who parachuted into Normandy before D-Day.

I adore the psychological and physical elements of warfare. I read plenty of Tom Clancy and Griffin, so if you've ever read them and think my writings somewhat similar to there's, that's because it is. I go terribly in-depth for large scale warfare scene depictions, so expect quite a few of those in the coming chapters. Its one of the few things I excell at in my opinion, so I think you guys will like it.

Anyways, while I wait for BIA I'll bide my time doing some freestyle writing and playing Big Team Battle in Halo 2.

If you want a real tactical game buy Ghost Recon 2... if you just wanna charge in you just play Halo 2.
