i think the mc girl freind will die
Hmm, I certainly hope you're not referring to Jan. If so, please read the following and become enlightened:
The scenario with Jan isn't just one of those girl meets boy and they all fall in love. This is far more complex.
The Master Chief is 41 years old, and I am certain the thought of having a family has never occurred to him. That doesn't mean however, that the instinctual nature that the majority of males possess isn't around. John is humanity's protector, and as such, those feelings of the need to shelter those he protects has been transferred to Jan. He looks after her, much in the same way a father would watch out for his daughter.
Instead of protecting an entire species, the Master Chief has a young girl before him, an example of what he's been fighting for, for so long. It wasn't long until he finally saw that if circumstances had been different, he would be almost exactly like Jan.
As for the Sangheili names, I just have a list of all the different separate names that make up the Elite name structure.
Take Lan 'Eranumee for example.
'Lan' is his given name, which he went by until he became an adult. At that time, he received the name 'Eranum. 'Era is an adjectival delineative, which for explanations sake translates to mean "fly" or "flight" depending on what area of the Sangheili culture we're talking about. The 'ee' suffix is simply an addition all Elites are given once entering the Covenant military structure. It signifies them as warriors.
When I first decided to do more than the prologue of this story back in last December, I wrote down a long list of different variations of Elite names I could think of, and as I needed the character names I randomly chose from the list. Sometimes the names do end up having an influence on the character, like 'Eranumee, whose first structure of his name means "fly" or "flight". This obviously influenced me to make him a Seraph fighter pilot.
