I think Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails should be involved in making the music, with Marty, in Halo 3 and/or the Halo movie. He's brilliant. Anybody got an opinion on that?

It's bad enough that Breaking Benjamin and Incubus were on it. I'm just still a tinny bit disgruntled that it went from the way the first soundtrack was which was all music from the game to having some bands on it. Although I do like Follow...but that was actually in the game...

Don't diss incubus, they're -blam!- awesome. I mean, name one band, JUST ONE, with more talent. If you say Green Day I'm gonna burst out of your monitor and strangle you.

I can play Follow: The First Movement of the Odessey on guitar, and goddamn those guys got talent. I play it at maybe 3/5 the speed in the real song.

Yeah, Breaking Benjamin kinda sucks as it's just generic alt. metal and nothing more, but it was still neat to hear their ode to Halo 2.

The other movements of the odessey were completely random almost, but there was point and purpose... in an abstract sense. And no, Brandon can't sing gregorian chant for -blam!-, he's way too much of a sissy boy.

EDIT: Why the hell does everyone have these sissy bunny things in the sigs?! Inquiring minds want to know...

Well...I don't actually listen to any music outside OSTs as the music used in games and movies is pretty much the only kind that fits my taste. I wasn't dissing Incubus, it was more like I was upset that they were on the soundtrack as opposed to the original soundtrack which was completely Marty's music. I'm sure they're a good band, they just don't fit my taste.
EDIT: The bunnies are taking over, that's why

Wow Kroenen, You diss Incubus's song (which was amazing), and yet you didnt even mention Hoobastank's stank-fest of a track.

Metalica...no, not the kind of music for Halo. Led Zeppelin, mabey for some Warthogs racing through tunnels while shooting up ghosts going 70...oh yeah. But, sadly, they are in need of a drummer since 1989.

Halo 3 Skeptisisum (I know I can't spell). If Halo 3 were made is what were talking about.

Sorry for the double post.
