What the heck?! I called them and they said that my product has no support! I gave them the specific name of the game the product key, the put me on hold, then they told me I had to spend $50 for tech support help!

Ms tech support is no more useless than other tech support. I went to the local dealership today to inquire about a service bulletin on my ride and they claim there was never a TSB M2003-019. Well -blam!- that, now I have to buy 4 ignition coils at $100 a pop. Oh well, I'll try to find them for a better price and do the work myself. Dealerships don't make much on parts sales, and they'll make nothing if I do the work myself.
