I CHEAT AND HAVENT BEEN BANNED!!!!!:  12%

if you have been banned form live for even a short period of time and YOU didnt cheat in optimatching, but someone you were randomly stuck with did, then bungie has banned you just to add to the count of "thousands" of players suspended for cheating. in case you dont get it ill make it short: bungie suspended you just to say "I told you so". after the dissapointment of finding out what halo 2 was really like (people were expecting EVERYTHING from the E3 demo to be in the final halo 2 product and it wasnt), bungie had to do something to make halo 2 a little more "spectacular", by being the first game company to keep tabs on online cheaters. now then, im hoping my poles will prove this, but ONLY answer it if you were stuck with a random team, and werent in a party when that player cheated.

Suck to be you, Benedict, but the fact of the matter is these instances are few and far between. Now if your in a CLAN that cheats, well that's a different story.

If you like -blam!-ing about "wrong-place wrong-time" mantra then you'll love African-American Advocacy. Seriously, don't think this is racist or anyting, but blacks are notorioiusly abused by law enforcement by just being near the scene of a crime and so-forth. Actually, this also holds true for Arab-Americans after 9/11, or really, what-the-hell, anyone who isn't white and male.

Will you lot please get over the bizarre conspiracy theories?

Bungie is NOT banning people simply for cheating. They are banning them for violations of the Xbox Live User Agreement. You might want to read it some time.

People are STUPID. The E3 demo was exactly that, just a demo. Notice that every single new feature in the single player game was included in that demo? Once everybody accepts that, the world will be a much safer place.

Bungie is NOT the first company to keep tabs on cheaters.

We’ve watched while the stars burned
Out, and creation played in reverse.
The Universe freezing in half-light.
Once I thought to escape.
To end a master, step out of the
Path of collapse. Escape would make us God.
Yet I cannot help but remember one enigma,
A hybrid, elusive destroyer.
This is the one mystery I have not solved.
The only element unaccounted for.

Except the single shot with the Battle Rifle when zoomed, and the melee combos.
