Yes, but like past suggestions and not to be a killjoy, these would have to be in newer maps because its impossible to update old maps with new forge stuff, for one the maps we have are built in to the game while the map packs are on the hard drive updating the game of these additional maps. plus if updating would require more money output or having to remove certain objects from the forge in that map to replace the newer objects, possiblily lead to new buges and could cause the game to crash...

lol im so desperate i'd report this post just so that bungie notices it! (dont worry, I didnt...unless you want me to....)

I would so pay 800 MS points for that, I would pay 1600 for some of those features. Such as the delete all or undo buttons that would be extremely beyond useful. LOl, please BUngie consider some of these for the next forge items in any new map packs.

Thank you sir, that was an epic rendition of this topic.

and how!

All that, PLUS a "Forge Glue" button. It would allow you to glue objects together, but they would still move.

I.E. You could glue two barricades to a warthog, and make an APC!

EDIT: I would pay $20 for that[1600 MS points]

  • 05.23.2008 2:51 AM PDT

Game On!

Yeah, but I think bungie would be nice enough to just give it out as free update, right bungie?

What would also be cool would be placeable flames, just like Elongation, but you can change the amount of damage it can do.

How about a freeze object tool? that way you won't have objects that are prone to movement thus being able to use the 90 degree switch tool.

I definatley agree with a delete all and undo option above anything else.
Also i agree that some sort of snap to fit/ forge glue option would be very useful (especially with walls)

You've got some good ideas here with great potential, that i would like to see some day,
but i doubt we'll ever see wildlife or any AI addition as an option.

Well Enough Alone...

I would like most everything there. And if they can't do AI (which I'm almost sure they can't), I'sd settle for autoturrets.
