I have a few more things you should add to your list.
1) Place objects with X,Y,Z coordinates settings - This would allow you to place an object in the exact place you want it to be in.
2) Rotate objects with X, Y, Z axis settings
3) Be able to scale (stretch or shrink) unmovable objects with X, Y, Z settings. - This would save budget (no more 15 double box walls), and it would also save space (thinner walls)
4) An option to have a floor or take it off - easier to make maps where you can fall off
5) A rotation lock - This would go along with the "Position Lock". You could move the object, but you would not lose the rotation if it came into contact with something else.
6) Ability to turn collision detection off on objects in forge - This would allow you to interlock easier.
7) No item limits as long as you stay within the budget.
I also think your list needs to be organized a little, so I will organize it for you and you can use it if you want. I won't add mine incase you didn't like them. I also think some things need to be stated differently. I will comment in Bold for those things.
New Forge Features
- A "Delete All Items" button
- 90 degree snap button - My second idea could do this and much more
- An Undo button (don't you hate when you delete something on accident?)
- Choice of skin on vehicles (iced or normal)
- Choice of color for containers on maps like Avalanche, Blackout, Rats Nest...
- A "spraypaint" tool that lets you put blood, scorch, or scratch marks on any surface
- A "Position Lock" button which would allow you to make sure an object could not move
- "Forge Glue" - Is this supposed to go with the one above or below it? If not explain "Forge Glue"
- A button making objects float (instead of glitching stuff to float) - My first Idea would do this and much more
New Forge Objects
- Guardians (spawn them and size them like a koth hill or a respawn area) - Why don't you just call it a death barrier. You are just going to confuse people by naming it "Guardians"
- The ability to change the time of day (an object very similar to a filter)
- Some sort of weather modifier (again, an object similar to a filter)
- Sizable filter - ???
- A second custom powerup (edit it separately from the main yellow one)
- Openable and closable doors/gates (like the ones on standoff, but closable)
- Destructible Walls (like a wall from foundry, but it would crack and eventually break when damaged like a barrier)
- Ladders
- Trees
- Dead characters such as marines, elites, brutes, etc.
- Wrecked Pelicans and Phantoms (maybe like 1 per map)
- Red and Blue banners for marking the red and blue sides of maps
- More signs than just A and B
- Breakable glass windows (remember the ones on good old fashioned Zanzibar?)
- Roads for racing maps
- Non - detachable machine gun turrets + plasma cannons
- Shade Turrets - I have a feeling that a lot of people don't remember those are called Shade turrets, so you may want to explain.
- Jackal Sniper Towers
- AA Wraiths
- Troop Warthogs
- Snowmen on snow covered maps for laughs (not default placed, just forgable) I think this should be removed for more important things
- Floors/larger walls I would replace this with the scaling objects idea I posted and then move it to the new forge features section
- Computer AI have been REMOVED - If they have been removed why are they still on the list?
