Guardian of the Night

I pay 4600 points for this update (if it was real!). I like the idea of being able to place enemies in the map. A filter that resembles the Flood fog would be cool to have on a map with a bunch of Flood running around!

I wouldn't want to pay ten bucks to get something Bungie should have given us at the beginning.

Same for me

$50,000,000,000 REWARD!!!

Santa Claus must be stopped! He is a menace who is not only guilty of billions of counts of breaking in entering, but also runs an illegal sweatshop of midgets forced to work for no pay using stolen materials to make gifts that infringe on every company and manufacturer around the globe, causing world wide economic disasters. He is to be taken dead or alive!

I like the idea of blue and red banners. That way you wouldn't just need to use red and blue powerups that you couldn't reach. Or maybe just the addition of a blue C sign would work.

Thank you, PsychoBucket, for your detailed response. It is highly appreciated.
I've included some of your ideas in the post and organized it as suggested =)
Though I did not include the tools involving the X, Y, and Z axis's though. I believe they are too complicated for Halo. I like the way you're thinking and understand what you mean, but the same tasks you have in mind can be accomplished in a more basic manor.

List updated.

Did Bungie know that forge was going to turn into what it is today?
No! Rember forge started as a map EDITOR.

Are you saying it is to complicated to program it in or to complicated for the players to use? For one I am almost positive that when you save your map it stores the xyz information for both location and rotation. They would just need to set it up in the object settings.

It would also be incredibly easy to use in forge mode. Think about when you are forging and you place an object down. You then notice that it is slightly to the side of where you wanted it. Currently you would have to pick the object up, which would lose the objects position and possibly rotation. You also have no guarantee that the object will end of in the correct position.

If you had xyz settings, you could simply go to the object settings and select the x or y setting (depending on what way you want to move it) and add or subtract from the number currently there.

The xyz setting for the scale of the items would be more complicated, so forget about that. Instead how about something the size of a shield door but solid (can't walk, shoot, or see through it). It would also have a setting to change the height and length just like the KOTH areas.

I also thought of something else. How about an option to take objects off the map after a certain amount of time. For example, currently you can spawn a box 30 seconds after the game starts. With this you would be able to take that box off after 1 minute, or any time you set it to.

Kinda both.

I see more of what you mean now, it is reasonable, so I've added it to the list.

See the size editor tool.

Many people have wanted this feature, especially for infection based maps. There are ways around it, but it would be way more helpful.
