Subject: The Great Flood.

I am sure that an internet forum run by a video game company is the best place to get help. Listen, I don't feel like discussing this and possibly upsetting anybody. And by the way MCs Brother, didn't you create a "I'm Leaving" thread a few days ago? I also remember seeing Texas Ben create one yesterday. Why don't you guys actually follow up on your promises?

Because usually, when someone says that they're leaving (In real life too), they are actually just saying that to gauge the reaction of people they have met, after an absence is announced. It's a sort of "How will I be remembered?" thing.

It's usually for attention, but is actually a social norm.

It's easier in my opinion, to talk to people you don't know first. Especially if you don't have to talk to them face to face. You can say waht you want without fear of anger or sadness. Just emotionless words that tell you what to do. After that, then you go for people you know.

Like I had said, I would rather not bring up any old "feelings", but there are phone numbers that can be called where professionals can help. That is all I have to say about this.

The basic fact is, there is no greater forum than the flood. I don't need to move to another forum page to see that. We all have our friends, and we all have fun discussing nonsense, as well as intellectual topics. Leave if you want, but the way I look at it, this place is the farthest from mediocre.

Attention seekers? On an INTERNET forum? They would have to be pretty desperate, and know that Zero isn't that desperate.

Are you -blam!- kidding me? Using that logic this entire forum would be completely and utterly desperate. A day does not pass where I don't see a bid for popularity or a flaunting of power.

Which brings me to the entire "the great days are gone" crap. There is a saying that you should probably know "ignorance is bliss". When you first joined these forums you were (some still are) an ignoramus, a moron, a jerk, flamer- whatever. You had no idea what the heck you were doing or why. Now that you have gained some awareness of your surroundings, you realize how flawed this place is- and always has been. The Flood has NEVER changed. The so-called golden days this summer were nothing at all.

Sheesh.
