I think if you fire both shots at the same time, one of them should cancel the other out(two powered up shots let go at the same time would still only get rid of the shields). But if you timed it right, you would let 1 shot go first, and then the other soon after. This would take out their shields first, and then take out their health. Both shots should still track.

I say it fuses, but its not homing. Then it should also take your life down to like 1 bar of health.

So your basically making it a Shotgun, wich means you could get rid of it all together.

I'll be on my own side.

well if you fire 2 charged up shots they both could hit the same target, most likely killing it,or they could hit 2 separate targets, possibly killing them both, depending on what the target is(Grunt,Jackal)

There is only one reticle. Any shots fired at the same time are going to the same place. Unless you let one go, and then let the other.

i think the idea of releasing a charged shot shortly after the first would work best. it would do the most damage, gives them the most potential and could kill or at least batter the target almost instantly. having said that i wouldn't dual weild 2 plasma pistols i'd have a different gun for when the shields are down at the ready

It'd be cool for a fused one to knock people backwards a few feet, it homes, but it wastes 50 percent battery life.

How about this, it fuses and basically becomes a toned down fuel rod cannon.

the right trigger shoots the right gun and left trigger the left gun. you could charge one plasma pistol and fire and then shoot the other or just blast away with one at a time like havin 2 pistols.

I maybe wrong, but in one of the new pics where it shows MC throwin a plasma gradande, it looks like the dood on the other side has double plasma. That why I was wonderin if it fuses or not.

It has been confirmed by bungie at E3. People who played it and tried it out experienced this as well. When you charge up two dual weilding plasma pistols, it fires a superbolt of plasma. This is very destructive, and is rivaled by only the most destructive weapons ie wraith tank, etc.

It is a huge @$$ ball of plasma, but cannot have auto aim. So you have to aim it well.

Yes, the picture does show that two plasma bots will fuse if fired at the same time into a "Superbolt". For a detailed explanation, click the Event Horizon link at the bottom of my post and click on Articles, then H2 Tidbits. You'll find a good explanation as well as other stuff there, all with sources provided.
