Do you know the specs of your computer? What video card do you have? How many megabytes of ram do you have? What Processor do you have?

Ok first off, what kind of graphics card and stuff do you have in your computer do you have, second, are you talking about lag in multiplayer or campaign because you CANT get rid of the lag in multiplayer. Its IMPOSSIBLE. There is just to much stuff that has to transfer between computers. If your talking about campaign then your computer just doent have enough power. For Halo you want a processor that is about 1 GHz, more than 256 mb of RAM and a 64 mb video card. If your going to upgrade your computer, check out tigerdirect.com they usually have good deals on computer hardware. You can usually get a decent video card at tiger for under $100 because they have all these rebates and stuff cause they buy overstocks from companiesso they don't even pay full price for the stuff. But before you go out shopping, try just playing with the video settings in Halo PC. You may have something set too high for your PC.
