Subject: Big Suprise!

Devil is Double is Deuce and Joker always trumps Deuce.

Ben, you of all people should know the "No Politics" rule. Tsk, tsk.

Bungie.net is the only website that has been able to hold my interest for such a long period of time, and I can only imagine there are still many years to come.

We’ve watched while the stars burned
Out, and creation played in reverse.
The Universe freezing in half-light.
Once I thought to escape.
To end a master, step out of the
Path of collapse. Escape would make us God.
Yet I cannot help but remember one enigma,
A hybrid, elusive destroyer.
This is the one mystery I have not solved.
The only element unaccounted for.

If you want to discuss this, but don't want to worry about getting banned, then you could go to The Black Chapter. I made it specifically for this type of thing.

You should have known better, Ben.

You know, Reig has a chapter for political discussion. It's in my sig.

That loser! He was in my chapter for a while before he made that, and mine had the same purpose.

America seems like a political machine and all, but look at other countries. America has THE lowest living standard in the world. I live in America and it may not seem like it... but we do, compared to the average of other countries. Americas economy is either going to be forced to convert *to things like meters and kilometers, celcius, date and time formatting, etc.* to the general world economy or it will fall. hard. America has the highest rate of illiteracy per capita and most teen pregnancies. We waste fossil fuels, we go to war without a second thought, we throw the lives of our future generations into the dust in third world countries. Right now, we might seem powerful, but the US is just on a "steroid hype" if you will... compare us to a person on a sugar rush or something. We get up there all high and mighty, just a child gets hyper, for a while.. then we come crashing back down to earth and we can not cooperate without aid of other countries.. now don't get me wrong. America is a great place to live in but its hard not to notice a certain sense of impending "collapse"

We'll start with the first one...
Not the lowest in the world. Not even the lowest in the developed world... Just look at russia... We have it pretty good here. But we do have a lower standard of living than in europe, I'll grant you that.

Now the 2nd part...
Yeah... it happens with all great "empires"... Just look at the romans... they were extremely powerful, but then their citizens got lazy and fat and lost all morals. The empire rotted from within. Same thing is happening now to us. I know a site that does an excellent job outlining it...
