So I booked it downstairs and tried to go in front of this door of grunts, but as I was running around trying to find this door frantically, they spawned and I was right in the middle of them. I've never screamed so loud from Halo before. Needless to say, despite me taking out 2 of them, the 3rd one got me, and I was dead. That's when I moved onto The Storm. Yeah, the Storm is easy enough once you get the hang of it, as long as you don't screw up like I do. And whatever you do, don't forget to kill enough Covenant at the end for them to retreat under the gun. I forgot that. And died.
All you really need to do is take out the Chiefain's shields and most of the troublesome ones will retreat. Then use the turret to take out the AA Gun.
I'd recommend doing both The Storm and Tsavo Highway before attempting to tackle The Covenant. The level itself really isn't all that difficult, but it's very long and there's lots of room for error. Less so on the other two. Get your feet wet with lesser Covenant missions first so you don't spend the next six months trying to get through your first Mythic run :-P
I'm planning on being comlete by mid june at worse. I think I've got Sierra 117 pretty much covered. I just gotta remember to stay in the room after letting the marines out. Tsavo seems like it should go smooth now... in theory... The Storm should be done by tonight. Maybe Tsavo as well. Already got Floodgate and Halo. Then I feel pretty confident in The Covenant after you walked me through. Things were going pretty smooth up till that point. Also, Tyrant, I wasn't able to watch our video of how you snuck past with invis, so I made my own route, and I wanna know if its the same as yours-
I go to the right after entering the room, jump on a supply case, then leap on a little ledge hanging off the wall, and then into the room on the left of the lift after comming down, and then run on the platform and go up.
after that, I've got Crow's Nest, The Ark, and Cortana, which I plan on doing in that order.
