It sucks that you have to be online for this to register. I was at my Dad's last week, and he let me on his Xbox on my account, but his internet went down so I tried SLASO. After hours of endless peril, shouting and eye-straining goodness, I finally completed it. The satisfaction is overwhelming, and yet my goal cannot be proven. Oh Bungie, why is there such a simple flaw to your system?...

-Da Wigganator, SLASO completer-

you still could have saved the films to prove your status. there are other ways besides stats. i think if you'd really done it, you'd want some sort of momento of your efforts.

and by the way, it takes far more than a week to do this.

I think I might just go and do it all again then. It does only take a week mate. I completed Sierra 117 in about an hour, Crow's Nest took about 2/3 hours... I have to admit, I nearly lost my life because of this - I was on for like 10 hours a day. Anyway, see you later - I'm going online to so SLASO.

Nothing wrong with trying to set a record :-)

Thus far I believe Pahat is the only one who can do it that fast.

You might be able to do successful runs in that amount of time, yes, but I highly doubt you're going to just waltz in there and finish every level on your first try. The save and quit trick also doesn't count, so unless you're secretly Pahat Pojat on steroids and you're not telling us, I have a hard time believing you can do that.

Well, looking at your times, I would think you have done it in less than a week... Also, how did you complete Floodgate in 8 minutes?

Well, I played each level through a while ago on Legendary with all skulls but Blind and Iron, and that was relatively challenging. Also, each level took me about 3/4 tries, but seeing as they can be skipped alot, it's not too challenging.

I find 8 minutes rather disgraceful since the record is less than five. The one on my fileshare is 12 minutes. Ick! But only because I took the time to gun down all the Flood in the first outside area. The first time through I just made a lucky run for it.

It actually took me three weeks total, but that's not counting all the offline training I did prior. Add another four weeks to that. Prior to this, the only skulls i ever used were GBP and IWHBYD.

Using the BR is your best bet if you're at midranged distance. The spread gives you a better chance at landing the headshot. Their hit boxes are harder to register. This makes both sniper rifles a bit of a gamble when using them against jackal snipers.

QFT, although Crow's Nest can also get pretty challenging.

Nothing is better than gaming through the day, into the night, then back into the day. It's like when you finally push that power button you feel like you've accomplished nothing, but at the same time, you can't stop smiling.
