*SHADOWSTRIKE1 strolls in with chicks under both arms*
Mythic Community- "Oh hey SHADOWSTRIKE1."
SHADOWSTRIKE1- "Hey guys."
Mythic Community- "Back again with another monologue where you casually bring up the fact that you beat another level?"
SHADOWSTRIKE1- "..."
Mythic Community- "..."
SHADOWSTRIKE1- "Screw you."
Mythic Community- "So I'm guessing you did?"
SHADOWSTRIKE1- "You would be correct in such an assessment. In fact, here is my stats and video for Sierra 117."
Mythic Community- "Wow. How about you show us something that's actually impressive?
SHADOWSTRIKE1- "Well fine. How about my stats and video for Crow's Nest?"
Mythic Community- "Wow! You're on a roll! I dont think I could survive another surprise like that!
SHADOWSTRIKE1- "Well, if you dont mind, please listen to THIS music before reading on.
Mythic Community- "Epic win music? Why?"
SHADOWSTRIKE1- "For you enjoyment, may I present to you my stats and video of The Ark, marking my 9th and final Mythic level."
That's right guys. I did it. I have completed Mythic Difficulty. Now it's time for some thanks:
Gazas, thank god for your videos. Especially your The Storm video. Without that video, I would still be sitting back and trying to missile pod that damn Scarab today. That video really got my Mythic show on the road.
MATCLAN, thanks for all the things you've done for me, particularly talking back and forth while we were both working through Sierra 117. I'm pretty sure I would have gone crazy if I didn't know someone else was being driven mad by Sierra 117 as well, and I enjoyed our little tips of what we preferred to do at certain points that we talked about back and forth.
Vincent. God damn. That Ark jump to the chieftain changed everything. Thank you for discovering that. When I saw that I'm pretty sure I blew your's and Tyrant's ears of with "WHAT?!?!?!" lol.
DARKDEVISTAT1ON, thanks for your Sierra film. When you mentioned your new video, it was at the perfect time. It really helped me in understanding S&S at the dam, but not too slow. Also, your Cortana run really made me get on track and pwn that level. I was really in a niche due to the fact that I hate that level. Your time really inspired me to keep going.
Last but not least, a big thanks to I The Tyrant I for everything he's done to help me through. Between the theatre walkthroughs, the random tips, and his overall patience, I cannot have had a better master, and I hope I have been a decent apprentice. Between his multiple walkthroughs, and constant assistance, I couldn't have done it without you.
Lastly, I would like to thank all the other people I must have forgotten to mention in this this thread. I thank you all for keeping this thread active with fresh new ideas that really kept things interesting.
Finally, I get to say my last words.
For one thing, Baseball scouts should definitely be looking at the grunts. I dont know how many times I've had a grenade be thrown across the map, through the tree, off the wall, bounce off a rock, and then land on me.
I've also discovered that the floor is hungry for weapons. Be wary.
Everytime you die, take something from the experience, or else you're just playing through chance. Stop and think about what you could have done in that instance. Did you have equipment you could have used? Did you need to save that flame grenade?
Here is my personal list of levels in order of difficulty:
Floodgate
Halo
The Storm
Tsavo Highway
Cortana
The Ark
Crow's Nest
Sierra 117
My entire run can be viewed in My Thread in the Quest For Mythic group forum.
In closing, I hereby submit myself for approval as Mythic Conqueror #15.
